Questions
- Do I need a card to start?
- Yes. You enter a card when you choose a plan. If your plan starts with free days, Paiso charges the card when those days end.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. You can move between Basic and Advanced from Settings at any time.
- What happens if I cancel?
- Your account becomes read-only. Paiso keeps your data until you delete your account, and you can renew at any time to pick up where you left off.
- How does automatic import work?
- On Advanced, you connect your banks and brokerages through Plaid. Paiso then imports your balances, transactions, investments and liabilities for you. Paiso never sees your bank login.
