Change, pay for or cancel your plan

Open Settings, then Billing.

Change plans

Choose the plan you want and confirm. You can move between Basic and Advanced at any time.

Update your payment method

Select Update payment method and enter the new card. Paiso uses it from your next payment. If your last payment failed, Paiso charges the new card straight away and your plan continues.

Find your invoices

The same page lists your invoices. Each one has a PDF you can download.

Cancel

Select Cancel plan and confirm. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, or until the end of your free period. Paiso does not charge you again.

If you change your mind before that date, select Keep my plan. Your plan continues as before.

After your plan ends

Your account becomes read-only. You can still see everything you entered. Paiso keeps your data until you delete your account, and you can renew at any time.

If you were on Advanced, Paiso removes your bank connections when the plan ends.
